"Amtliches Unterrichtsbuch Uber Erste Hilfe".
Hardbound, German text, 263 pages w/black & white illustrations, published in 1939. This official instruction book of First Aid covers the skeletal and organ system of the human body, basic First aid, to include bandages, splints, and treatment methods. "A Pictorial History of the SS 1923-1945". By Andrew Mollo. 192 pages, English text with 362 black & white photographs, hardbound with dust jacket, published 1976. "Aztex Corporation's WW2 Photo Album Series". These softbound books, 95 pages each, feature a selection of captioned German wartime photographs from the Bundesarchiv in Koblenz, Germany. Each book includes excellent photographs of German equipment and uniforms, as well as various operational conditions. Softbound, German text, measures 8" x 11-3/4". One of the first German books printed on daggers and is long out-of-print. Large pictures of many of the edged weapons of the Third Reich.

"Bluebook of Identification of Reproduction Nazi Edged Weapons".
By R. MacFarlane. This book, printed in 1969, features a soft blue cover. 31 pages. One of the earlier books on reproduction daggers. It has some very useful information which is not available in any other publication. Valuable supplement to the other books which have been printed on reproductions.

Company Officer's Handbook on the German Army. By Military Intelligence Division, United States War Department. Softbound, English text, 131 pages with black & white photographs, illustrations and diagrams, published in 1944. Handbook covers German Offensive and Defensive principles of battle, employment of and specifications of weapons, obstacles and vehicles, as well as organization of combat teams. Used book is hand dedicated, signed and dated, September 1965 by Major Thomas B. Rachels. Major Rachels is credited by Major Atwood as, "co-author" and is responsible for the beautiful artwork in the Atwood reference. "Das Heer 1933-1945", Volumes II and III.
Volume II was printed in 1956 and Volume III was printed in 1969. These RARE references cover unit organization of the German Army. Features fold-out charts in the back. "Das Deutsche Heer 1939-1945" (Volumes I - III). Hardbound 3-volume set with approximately 650 looseleaf pages per volume, German text, compiled by Wolfkeilig, published 1956 by Hans-Henning Podzun, Bad Neuheim. This long out-of-print set covers organizations, equipment, tables of organization, units with names of commanders, and Volume III contains the important listing of all German Army General Officers in WWII to include birth and death dates, assignments, and awards. Superb set of reference books that also includes information on the ground divisions of the Luftwaffe as well as the 38 divisions of the Waffen-SS. Minor wear to hardbound covers. Rare set! "Der Dienst Unterricht im Heere für Kanonier". Softbound, German text, 285 pages with over 500 color and black & white illustrations and photographs, published in 1937. This duty training manual covers all phases of military training from personal hygiene, barracks organization, uniforms, close order drill, weapons, field training, as well as specific training related to artillery. "Der Winter 1914-15 An der Grenze". Softbound, 88 pages, German text with black & white photographs, published in 1915. Book covers the Swiss Army in operation during the winter of 1914-15. Many interesting photos of units, to include aerial and motorcycle reconnaissance, artillery, infantry, cavalry and ski troops, as well as winter operations in the Alps. This hardbound book was printed in 1988 and provides detailed service records and photos of the Admirals from 1849 - 1945. This book was assembled by Hildebrandt and Henriot. German text, 481 pages, beautifully bound. Long out-of-print.

"Deutschlands Kriegsflotte". Hardbound, album style, 45 pages (16 pages German text with 29 pages of black & white photographs) published approximately 1900 by Verlag von Gebr. Ladewigs, Wilhelmshaven. Album features red leatherette covers with above title in Gilt letters above a color illustration of the ship "Kurfurst Friedrich Wilhelm" Flagship of Squadron I. The album contains 36 photographs of various types of ships of the Imperial German Fleet to include the Imperial yacht "Hohenzollern" arriving at Wilhelmshaven. Title page has a two line handwritten inscription dated "1903." Light wear to covers with no missing or damaged pages or photographs. Rare book and an excellent reference on the Imperial Navy. “Die Kunst Im Deutschen Reich”
These softbound magazines were published by the NSDAP beginning in 1937 to publicize art in the Third Reich. Each issue covered several aspects of art, to include paintings, sculpture, architecture, and pay particular attention to the manner in which the NSDAP supported “German art”. Softbound with mailing envelope, 14-page portfolio of matted 5 ¾" x 7 7/8" black & white photographs with the German text of the Führer's speech on New Year's Eve in 1938, published by "Der Stürmmer". This rare portfolio/album includes a profile photograph of Hitler, six photographs of the 1938 Reich Party Day activities, two photos of Hitler & Mussolini in Munich, a photo of Hitler in Italy, four photographs of Hitler in Austria and the Sudetenland, as well as a photograph of Julius Streicher, publisher of "Der Stürmmer". "A Guide to Nazi Dress Daggers". "F.J.S." (Frederick J. Stephens). Softbound, English text, 55 pages, printed in 1965. This early reference contains many photographs and line drawings of daggers, swords and bayonets utilized during the Third Reich, and also features a section on engraved bayonets. Heinrich Hoffmann Photographic Books.
Heinrich Hoffmann was the official photographer of Hitler and the NSDAP and for many years had an “exclusive” of photographing Hitler. Each of these books is softbound with dust jacket (unless otherwise noted) and contains approximately 50 pages and 100 black & white photographs.

Heinrich Hoffmann "Winter/Kriegshilfswerk" Booklets. Heinrich Hoffmann was the official photographer of Hitler and the NSDAP and for many years had an "exclusive" of photographing Hitler. Each of these booklets measuring 1 3/8" X 2" is softbound and contains approximately 35 pages with German text and black & white photographs.
