The nickel hilt fittings show minor surface wear/age to the Turks knot pommel and crossguard with capstan ends and an open cross center design on quilllon block. These fittings show only minor wear/age. The white plastic grip shows little age with a ¾" long crack on the obverse, and is complete with brass wire wrap. The center ridge, double etched blade with ricasso shows minor lifting to the nickel plating and gray spots but no sharpening or nicks to the edge, and no damage to the point. Blade is without a buffer pad. The obverse blade features a double floral design flanking a central Yugoslav crest. The reverse etch features a double floral design flanking a fouled anchor motif. The dent-free nickel-plated, lightning bolt pattern scabbard shows minor wear/age/patina and is complete with floral suspension bands with eyes and rings and a center mounted Yugoslav crest. The hangers show age crazing to the black patent leather finish and are complete with silver-plate-over brass double lion head buckles, upper leather belt loops and lower silver clips.
