Transitional NSKK Dagger.RZM M7/12, (Waffenfabrik Max Weyersberg, WMW) TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear/age patina with lower crossguard NSKK Motor Group marked "Ns " (Nordsee). Medium brown, fine-grained wooden grip shows light surface wear with no hairline cracks or chips, with early quality grip-to-crossguard fit, and with silver grip eagle and SA insert properly inset. Polished blade grades EX/EX+ showing light surface wear/runner marks with gray speckling/shadowing to obverse/reverse flats of blade, but no pitting or nicks to cutting edges. Deeply etched motto retains approximately 100% of the light gray, almost black background frosting. Steel scabbard retains approximately 98% of the period repainted black enamel showing minor surface scratches/nicks to scabbard shell and one faint depression to the upper obverse shell. Dent-free, nickel-silver scabbard fittings show minor surface wear/age patina with no damage to the lower ball, and with unturned scabbard screws. EX+/EX++ (25994) $785. SOLD
