      Personalized 1st Model RLB Officer Dagger. Paul Weyersberg, sword inside wreath double oval TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear/age patina to pommel and crossguard with RLB pattern eagle on obverse with portions of factory frosting/lacquer remaining in recesses of grooved motif on crossguard. Black leather grip shows light surface wear, but no rips, tears or scuffs. Silver-plate over copper RLB starburst shows wear to ribs of starburst and some chipping to the blue enamel RLB logo properly pinned to the obverse grip. Plated blade grades EX+ showing light surface wear/runner marks and faint gray shadowing on obverse and reverse, but no nicks or damage to the cutting edges. Blade is complete with black leather blade buffer pad. Black leather-covered scabbard shows minor surface wear/surface depressions to leather, but no rips, tears or loss of leather. Nickel-silver scabbard fittings show light surface wear/age patina with two small depressions to lower fitting. All four retaining screws are present and appear unturned. Dagger is complete with EX brown leather hanger complete with early, unmarked nickel-silver clip. Reverse , nickel-silver hanger retaining planchet is personalized with the jeweler engraved name, "Boysen". Nice early, example with RARE personalization recently acquired in Germany.
