Two small holes on lower pommel obverse above grip. Ebony wood grip shows light surface wear. Minor chipping to wood under pommel reverse. 1st Model RLB insignia sunburst with nearly 100% blue enamel is properly pinned to the obverse grip. Bright, plated blade shows slight wear/runner marks with nearly 90% of crossgraining. Minor chip to edge near point. Point is perfect. Blade is complete with blue leather buffer pad. Dent-free steel scabbard retains 80% of its original black enamel showing light wear/crazing. Scabbard fittings show wear/age/patina. Lower fitting is dent free. Flat head screws are unturned. Hanger fitting is complete.
