Uncleaned 2nd Model RLB Officer's Dagger. Paul Weyersberg, sword/wreath within double-oval TM. Early nickel-silver fittings show light surface wear/dark uncleaned age patina to the domed pommel and crossguard with stylized RLB pattern eagle on the obverse crossguard. Black leather grip shows minor surface wear with slight loosening to leather seam, but no rips or tears. RLB silver-over-copper sunburst shows surface wear to plating with and some chipping to the center of the swastika enamel, and is properly pinned to the obverse grip. Plated blade grades EX+/EX++ showing light surface wear/runner marks with minor gray shadowing/speckling, but no pitting, or nicks to cutting edges. Blade is complete with black leather buffer pad. Black leather covered scabbard shows only minor wear/age, but no rips or tears to scabbard shell. Dent-free, silver-plated scabbard fittings show light surface wear/uncleaned patina with a few tiny areas of speckling, but no major damage to plating.
