SA Partially Ground Röhm Dagger. E. P. & S., Siegfried wielding hammer (Ernst Pack) TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear/age patina with reverse lower crossguard group marked, "Nm" (Nordmark). Reddish brown, fine grained wooden grip shows light surface wear with several depressions on upper reverse adjacent to crossguard, but no cracks or chips and with silver eagle and SA insert properly inset. Mirror polished blade grades Exc+ showing light surface wear/runner marks with some gray shadowing, but no pitting or nicks to cutting edges. Deeply etched motto retains 100% of the light gray background frosting. Reverse Röhm inscription has been professionally ground as well as the E. P. & S. trademark, but with tiny portions of several letters as well as portions of the trademark remaining. Dent-free steel scabbard shows minor surface wear with virtually 100% of the brown anodization remaining. Dent-free upper and lower nickel-silver fitting, with undamaged screws, show light age/patina, but no damage to the lower ball.
