SA Partially Ground Röhm Dagger w/ RARE"Tiger-Stripe" Grained Grip & Hanger. E. P. & S., Siegfried wielding hammer (Ernst Pack) TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear/age patina with reverse lower crossguard group marked, "Nm" (Nordmark). Mecium brown, "Tiger-stripe" grained wooden grip shows light wear with no cracks or chips, and is complete with silver grip eagle and undamaged enameled SA insert properly inset. Early, mirror polished blade grades EX/EX+ showing surface wear/runner marks, light gray shadowing and minor scratches and a few tiny nicks to cutting edges. Deeply etched motto retains 100% of the light gray background frosting. Reverse Röhm inscription has been professionally ground with minor loss of detail to the "P" and "&" in the E. P. & S. trademark. Steel scabbard shows minor surface wear with much of the brown anodization remaining and two tiny depressions on the upper reverse shell. Upper and lower nickel-silver fittings, with undamaged screws, show light age/patina, with two tiny depressions to the lower fitting and a small split in the right seam of the lower fitting, but no damage to the lower ball. The brown leather, hanger with early Nickel-silver buckle and unmarked upper clip grades EX+ showing light wear/age, but no rips or tears. EX+ (25798) $1,350.
