SA Dagger w/Hanger. RZM M7/13 (Arthur Schüttelhofer und Co., WKC - Waffenfabrik G.m.b.H.) TM. This superb dagger, in virtually unissued condition, was recently obtained in Germany. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show minor surface aging with some minor speckling to crossguards adjacent to grip, but no major lifting or corrosion. Reddish-brown, fine-grained wooden grip with silver-plate over copper grip eagle and SA insert properly inset, shows only minor wear with no cracks or chips. The grip features early production quality grip-to-crossguard fit. Polished blade grades Near MINT, showing only minor runner marks with no speckling, shadowing or nicks to the cutting edges. Deeply etched motto retains 100% of the light gray background frosting. Dent-free, steel scabbard retains 99% of the original chocolate brown factory enamel with one speck of missing paint on left edge of the shell where the hanger clip has rubbed over the years. Nickel-plated scabbard fittings show virtually no wear or age, with no lifting or damage to the lower ball or scabbard screws. The brown leather hanger grades EX++ showing only minor wear to leather where upper clip has rubbed, but no rips or tears, and is complete with "Assmann, DRGM, RZM M5/8" marked nickel-plated upper clip.
