Early SA Dagger by Rare Maker.
Carl Grah, Solingen-Ohligs (airplane inside double
oval) TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light
surface wear/age patina, with reverse lower crossguard
group marked, "Om" (Ostmark). Dark brown
wooden grip shows light surface wear with one small
hairline crack on upper reverse adjacent to crossguard.
Silver grip eagle and SA insert are properly inset.
Polished blade grades excellent+, showing light
surface wear/runner marks, a few specks of light
gray shadowing, but no pitting or nicks to cutting
edge. Deeply-etched motto retains 100% of its light
gray background frosting. Dent-free scabbard retains
approximately 95% of its original anodized finish
and portions of the original lacquer showing light
surface wear and minor crazing. Early, nickel-plated
scabbard fittings show light surface wear, with
one tiny speck of lifting on upper obverse, a few
minor depressions to lower fitting, but no damage
to the lower ball. Nice example by rare maker! Exc+
