Uncleaned Army Officer's Dagger w/Glass-Like Grip, Portepee & Hangers. Ernst Pack & Sohne, large Siegfried Waffen TM. Silver-plated hilt fittings show minor surface wear with dark age patina to the well detailed pommel and generic crossguard with a step-down curve in the eagle brow area and looser weave to the chest feathers. Medium yellow, solid celluloid, "glass-like" shows virtually no wear with one small chip on the lower reverse adjacent to the ferrule and covered by the portepee. Polished blade grades EX++ showing light runner marks and some faint shadowing, but no nicks to the cutting edges and is complete with brown leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free, silver-plated, "generic" scabbard shows dark age patina and superb detail to the pebbled shell and oak leaf pattern suspension bands. Dagger is complete with an EX++/Near MINT set The Deluxe Army hangers with heavy silver-plated buckles and lower clips grade EX++ with minor wear/age to fabric and fittings.
