Combat/Fighting Knife w/Stag Horn Grip & Etched Blade. No Maker. This commercial pattern knife shows wear/age to the dark brown stag horn grip with pewter pommel, nickel ridged ferrule with minor surface bubbling and recurved crossguard. The polished steel, single-edged blade with false edge shows surface age with dark oxidation to both cutting edge and spine and is without a blade buffer pad, The obverse blade features a 2" long, narrow etched panel adjacent to the spine with the inscription "DEUTSCHER SIEGER" in block letters. The brown leather scabbard with a ridged, nickel-plated lower fitting shows light surface wear with no rips, tears or damage to the reverse stitching and is complete with a belt loop/grip strap riveted to the upper edge.
