Natural finished aluminum hilt fittings show little surface wear with factory darkening remaining in the recesses of the pommel and eagle and swastika crossguard with virtually 100% of the factory gilding remaining on the pommel swastikas. The mustard yellow grip is shows minor wear with three tiny 1/8 inch hairline cracks on the upper edge next to the base of the pommel, and is complete with spongy wire wrap. Blade grades EX/EX+ showing light surface wear/age speckling with Waffen Amt stamp on upper reverse. Point and edges are perfect, and blade is complete with dark blue buffer pad. Dent free steel scabbard shows minor wear/age/patina with scabbard throat retained by flush mounted screws on each side. EX/EX+ (25543) $950. SOLD
