Long KS/98 Bayonet w/Single-Etched Blade. Puma, puma head inside diamond TM. Nickel plated hilt fittings show light surface wear with some light surface crazing to both pommel and crossguard. Black bakelite grip plates show light surface wear with no cracks or chips and are complete with tight retaining rivets. Plated blade grades excellent+ showing light surface wear/runner marks with some light speckling/graying primarily towards the tip of the blade. Blade is complete with black leather blade buffer pad. Obverse blade features a 5 3/16" long frosted panel with a central remembrance of service time inscription flanked on the tip end by a Wehrmacht eagle and at the ricasso end by a Stahlhelm. Both motifs are superimposed on a floral pattern. Dent free steel scabbard retains approximately 98% of the original black enamel showing light surface scratches and minor crazing with some loss of enamel to the lower ball.
