Black bakelite grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips. Plated blade measuring 24.8cm grades Exc++ with minor surface wear/runner marks and is complete with black leather blade buffer pad. Obverse blade features Carl Eickhorn etch pattern Nr. 3219 with a ribbon band and standard remembrance of service time motto surrounded by oak leaves with raised Wehrmacht eagles at each end of the etched panel. Etched panel retains 100% of the background frosting. Dent-free steel scabbard retains approximately 95% of the original black enamel showing light surface crazing primarily to obverse shell with wear to lower ball and one spot on reverse where a frog rubbed the shell.
