Nickel-plated hilt fittings show light surface wear with some loss of plating primarily to the edges of the pommel and crossguard. Black bakelite grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips. Blade grades excellent, showing light surface wear/runner marks with one spot of lifting to plating/minor pitting near obverse tip. Is complete with original black leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free steel scabbard retains virtually 100% of its original black enamel and is complete with original black leather frog with Fire Official bayonet knot showing some age and wear.
