Long Fire Official's Bayonet w/Distributor Marked Blade. Stalking tiger, (Lauterjung & Co., Solingen) stamped TM. This superb example with distributor/retailer marked blade was recently obtained in Germany. Nickel-plated hilt fittings show virtually no wear to the pommel and recurved crossguard with no speckling or lifting. Black bakelite grip plates are perfect with no cracks or chips. Plated 25cm blade grades Near MINT showing only minor runner marks near tip, but no graying or nicks to cutting edge and, is complete with black leather blade buffer pad. Reverse ricasso is stamped with the name of retailer, "Georg Rieder München". Dent-free scabbard retains 100% of the original black enamel showing no wear or crazing.
