Miniature Army Officer Dagger w/Advertising Logo. E. & F. Hörster TM. Silver-plated hilt fittings show light surface wear and dark age patina, with excellent detail to pommel, crossguard, and ferrule. There is wear to plating on upper edge of pommel. Medium yellow celluloid grip shows light surface wear, with several small hairline cracks on lower grip adjacent to ferrule. Plated blade measuring 5” in length grades excellent+, showing light surface wear, runner marks, and some very faint speckling. Is without leather blade buffer pad. Obverse center blade is jeweler-engraved with advertising logo, “Werk-Wille Zeuge” flanked on either end with the initials, “E.W.” inside a circle. Dent-free, silver-plated scabbard is dark with patina, with portions of lacquer remaining on edges. Scabbard is complete with suspension bands, but without scabbard rings.
