ORIGINAL EICKHORN, SOLINGEN with squirrel holding sword TM. Aluminum hilt fittings show light surface wear/age to pommel and crossguard with all original gilting to swastikas. Dark blue leather grip shows light surface wear with one small nip to leather and is complete with tight twisted, triple wire wrap. Plated blade grades EX++/near MINT showing light surface wear//runner marks and no lifting, pitting or nicks to cuttings edges. and is complete with blue leather blade buffer pad. Blue leather scabbard with metal base, is dent-free with one minor area to reverse showing loss of leather. Aluminum upper, center, and lower scabbard fittings show light surface wear/age and are complete with all four flush-mounted retaining screws. Aluminum chain hanger featuring 6 upper & 9 lower rings, shows light age/wear and is complete with ”Ges. Gesch.” and “oLc” marked upper clip. EX++ (28983)
