WKC, knight’s head stamped TM. Gilded hilt fittings show surface wear to the highlights and 90% + of factory gilding remaining to the superbly detailed, cast pommel, backstrap with floral motif, raised oak leaf embellished knuckle-bow, ferrule and crossguard. Langet has silver national emblem riveted to the obverse and is heavily patinated. Black celluloid grip shows almost no surface wear with no cracks or chips and with triple twisted silver wire wrap present. Plain, plated blade grades EX++ showing very minor wear/runner marks and no nicks or cuts. Blade is complete with brown leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free steel scabbard retains approximately 92%+ of the period black enamel showing no crazing. EX+/EX++.
