WKC, knight’s head stamped TM. Gilded hilt fittings show surface wear to the highlights and 99% of factory gilding remaining to the superbly detailed, cast pommel, backstrap with floral motif, raised oak leaf embellished knuckle-bow, ferrule and crossguard. Langet has Wehrmacht style national emblem to the obverse. Black celluloid grip shows almost no surface wear with no cracks or chips and with triple twisted r wire wrap present. Plain, plated blade grades EX++ showing very minor wear/runner marks and no nicks or cuts. Blade is complete with brown leather blade buffer pad. Sword is not complete and does not include scabbard.
