Description
Seated king over SMF Solingen TM. Nickel-silver hilt fittings show light surface wear/age patina with light wear to the brass pommel and crossguard swastikas and no loss of plating to background silvering and no damage to the well detailed crossguard feathering. Blue leather grip shows minor wear and a few nips to leather but, no major rips or tears and is complete with double-twisted wire-wrap. Plated, Waffen-Amt stamped blade is complete with blue leather buffer pad and grades EX++ showing surface wear/runner marks where runners have rested against the lower flats of the blade but, no lifting/pitting, nicks to cutting edges or damage to the blade tip. Dent-free, blue leather covered scabbard shell some minor age to leather with a few minor nips/depressions to leather but, no major rips or tears. The nickel-silver upper and lower scabbard fittings show minor wear/age. The integral, blue leather hanger grading EX++ shows minor wear to edges but, no rips, tears or damage to the stitching. EX+/EX++.
