Rare maker Aug. Knecht, Solingen. Rates a “9” on the McSarr’s rarity listing. All nickel/silver fittings. Dark reddish brown grip with properly inset nickel/silver grip eagle and SA button. Perfect grip to crossguard fit. Obverse lower crossguard marked “No” (Nordsee). Brown anodized scabbard has some wear but retains most of the anodization. One dent to the ball on the lower scabbard fitting. Blade will grade EX++ showing minor runner marks. Comes complete with brown leather vertical hanger. Clip on the hanger is marked DRGM. EX+/EX++
