SMF, Solingen. This is a scarce double-trademarked HJ knife. Page 224 of my Collector’s Handbook will verify that the RZM maker 7/9 is correct for the SMF firm in Solingen. Black bakelite grip plates are perfect. No chipping at all to the diamond insignia in the grip. Also, the smaller inner diamond behind the swastika is the correct dark gold color. The reverse blade features both the trademark and RZM M7/9, plus “1937” and “Ges. Geschuzt”. Blade will grade EX+, and is complete with brown leather buffer pad. Scabbard is complete with black leather hanger and belt loop.
