J. SCHINDELE, MUNCHEN, GORRESSTR. 33.  Beautiful hand-painted Imperial Regimental Beer Stein “presented” to Johann Finfiedler assigned to the 6th Company, 12th Infantry Regiment “Prinz Arnulf”, Neu – Ulm 1909/1911. Center motif consists of Zeppelin in flight, city sky line of Ulm and Neu – Ulm, portraits of Prince Arnulf and Prince Luitpold and a single enlisted 12th Infantry Shoulderboard. Stein features unit roster and various infantry training scenes throughout. Porcelain, painted scenes and thumb lift/top show very minor age/wear with no damage. Thumb lift consists of rampant Bavarian lion and top/lid consists of soldier holding rifle with Bavarian lion. EX++/Near MINT (28798)
