$1,095.00

Marked RZM M7/83 (Richard Plümacher Sohn, Solingen). As indicated on page 219 of The Sword and Knife Makers of Germany 1850-2000 by Anthony Carter, “Later SA and NSKK daggers were produced bearing the firm’s RZM number.” Nickel plated fittings show light surface wear/age speckling, with slight lifting to plating of pommel nut.  Reddish brown, finely-grained grip with excellent grip-to-crossguard fit shows faint surface wear and very minor depressions but with no cracks or chips, and is complete with aluminum grip eagle and SA insert properly inset. Uncleaned blade grades EX+/EX++ showing runner marks and subtle gray shadowing, but no nicks to the cutting edges. The deeply etched motto retains nearly 100% of the light gray background frosting. Dent-free steel scabbard retains most of the original black enamel, showing surface scratches/crazing and spots of missing paint. The plated fittings show minor age and wear with one dent to obverse of lower fitting.
