No maker. Silver-plated hilt fittings show light wear to finish on pommel & crossguard. Open-crown pommel has had the cross on top of the crown removed. Crossguard features lion head quillons with the Bulgarian crest on the obverse & a facsimile of the Bulgarian Military Order for bravery on reverse. Orange celluloid grip shows several minor hairline cracks & light surface wear with one tiny chip adjacent to ferrule. Tight twisted copper wire wrap is present. Plated, double-etched blade features floral pattern with crowned cipher (Cyrillic “B”) of King Boris III on obverse with the Cyrillic inscription “Za Nami Boga” (God is with us) on reverse. Blade grades excellent w/light wear/lifting near the blade tip & a few specks in the etched pattern. Leather blade buffer pad is intact. Silver plated, dent-free scabbard shows age patina to finish.
