Giesen & Forsthoff, Solingen TM. This rare maker is a #8 on the McSarr’s rating list. Light brown grip shows virtually no surface wear. Nickel/silver hilt fittings with “Wf” (Westfallen) marked on the reverse lower crossguard. Brown anodized scabbard with nickel/silver fittings. Blade is in nice condition showing only slight runner marks and is without any nicks to the cutting edge. Comes complete with brown leather hanger and belt loop. EX+.
