Description
This tunic, constructed of Forestry green tricot/elastique features dark green velvet collar, two upper pleated pockets, and two lower pockets with slanted pocket flaps, turn-back cuffs and silver pebbled buttons. Collar is edged in twisted aluminum bullion piping and complete with oak leaf embellished collar patches and green woven shoulder straps with one silver acorn on green velvet backings for the rank of Revierförster. Turn-back cuffs, upper and lower pocket flaps, and front panel are piped in dark green wool. Interior without tailor’s label or name of original owner features Forestry green cotton lining. Tunic is complete with loops for medal bar and slit above lower left pocket flap for Forestry Hirschfanger. Interior of tunic shows only light surface wear with no rips or tears, while exterior tunic shows light wear with several small moth nips/holes to lower right sleeve and cuff.
